Through ongoing personal counseling and navigating significant life transitions during this program, I have strengthened my emotional regulation, resilience, and self-compassion. I prioritize practices such as mindfulness, movement, and reflective supervision to remain grounded and emotionally present with clients. I view psychological fitness as an ethical responsibility that ensures I can offer stability, clarity, and attunement within the therapeutic relationship.
